Maintenance and upkeep:
Proper use and maintenance of the instrument can prolong its service life by keeping it in good working condition.
After the refrigeration system stops working, clean the working chamber and glass observation window with a soft cloth.
During continuous operation, the instrument should undergo regular inspections every three months; Check for water droplets, dirt, etc. falling onto the motor and exposed refrigeration components; Clean the dust and dirt on the compressor and condenser; Check the fuse, control components, and fastening screws.
The bearings of the oscillation transmission part of the constant temperature oscillation incubator have been filled with an appropriate amount of lubricating grease (No. 1 calcium sodium base) before leaving the factory. During continuous operation of the instrument, lubricating grease should be added every six months, with a filling amount of about one-third of the bearing space.
